Softrams is seeking to hire a talented Help Desk Operations Manager. The ideal candidate should be highly focused, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Help Desk Operations Manager on our team, you'll work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid to provide technical support in the evaluation of HETS 270/271 transactions. Through your leadership, we’ll help the CMS use cloud-based systems to ensure adherence to applicable standards, HIPPA requirements, and analyzing large datasets.
