Softrams is seeking to hire a talented Information Resource Management Analyst. The ideal candidate should be highly focused, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-pace environment. As a Information Resource Management Analyst on our team, you'll work with the Department of Labor to ensure the EBSA systems are performing according to requirements. Through your leadership, we’ll help the DOL use cloud-based systems to ensure adherence to applicable standards, EFAST requirements, and analyzing large datasets.

 The key responsibilities for this position include;
·       Leads/executes functional tests to ensure the EBSA systems are performing according to Government requirements.
·       Suggests and documents new or modified EFAST requirements.
·       Reviews deliverables to ensure adherence to applicable standards and best practices.
·       Supports in developing independent cost estimates and reviewing proposed costs.
·       Leads/executes data analysis and structures queries of EFAST related data.
·       Verifies database/system conformance with data element requirements.
·       Coordinates team members in developing documentation and analysis.
 
Required experience:
·       Master’s degree in IT, engineering, math, or related discipline.
·       At least eight years (8) of experience in conducting analyses of operations similar to the size and complexity of EFAST to include processing and transmitting data in a cloud-based system.
·       Demonstrated experience analyzing the cost and effectiveness of IT programs.
·       Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets through Business Intelligence tools, PowerPivot, or SQL.
·       Demonstrated experience in performing the functional responsibilities of the position.

Public Trust Clearance
This role requires the hired candidate to go through public clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is a must to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
